Abstract: Haryana is a heritage of proud rich cultural that goes back to the Vedic times. The state is known for its rich folklore that strictly adheres to their own traditions and customs. People of Haryana are still believed in age old costumes of meditation, yoga and chanting of Vedic mantras. Due to the sudden attraction of filmmakers towards the sports achievements of Haryana or taking issues about depleting male female ration, khap panchayat and honour killing has made Haryana and Haryanvi culture in top of the list and have also given ideas for perfect filmy-plot in contemporary cinema. The prominent factor came out from all the elements discuss above is Haryanvi language and its dialect which we can also see in different Hindi movies made up on Haryanvi culture like Tanu Weds Mannu, Dangal, Sultan, NH10, Heropanti etc. In this present study author tried to find out the reflection of Haryanvi language in Dangal movie. Hindi cinema has always been a powerful medium of entertainment and at present India is a one of the most prolific countries in the field of film making. This paper concludes with an attempt to bring out the real picture of Haryani language from the reel one.
