Abstract: Economic empowerment of women, especially working women, is an important factor for gender equality and overall development of society. In this context, financial management plays an important role in empowering women, as it enables them to make informed financial decisions, increase their financial stability and achieve greater independence. This paper examines the relationship between financial management practices and economic empowerment of working women. By examining key aspects such as financial behaviour, investment patterns, savings habits and budgeting skills, this study illustrates how effective financial management can positively impact the financial status and empowerment of women in the workforce. These findings underscore the importance of financial literacy and access to financial services, which are essential to help women navigate the complexities of today's financial environment.
