Abstract: Women empowerment is a crucial process that enhances women’s ability to participate equally in various spheres of life, contributing to societal growth and development. In the social context, empowerment involves breaking barriers like gender discrimination, unequal access to education, and traditional stereotypes. Politically, it emphasizes equal representation and participation in decision-making processes, fostering inclusive governance. Economically, empowerment entails providing women with opportunities for financial independence through education, skill development, and equal pay. Psychologically, it is about boosting self-esteem, confidence, and resilience among women to challenge societal norms and claim their rightful place. The geographical aspect highlights disparities in empowerment between urban and rural areas, with rural women often facing greater challenges due to limited resources and infrastructure. This research aims to explore these dimensions comprehensively, shedding light on how interconnected factors impact women’s empowerment and proposing strategies to overcome obstacles. Achieving empowerment is essential for creating a balanced and equitable society.
