Abstract: This review paper examines the interplay between emotional intelligence (EI) and sales performance, focusing on its critical role in empowering women in the workplace. Emotional intelligence, characterized by self-awareness, empathy, and interpersonal skills, is increasingly recognized as a vital factor for success in sales roles. Women, in particular, can leverage EI to navigate challenges, break stereotypes, and excel in traditionally male-dominated fields like sales. The paper synthesizes existing literature, highlighting how EI contributes to improved sales outcomes, strengthens workplace relationships, and fosters leadership. It also explores how these dynamics advance women’s professional growth and empowerment.
