Teaching Effectiveness in Relation to Frustration among Women Teachers of Secondary Schools

Abstract: A teacher is like a mirror and their characteristics are like their reflection. In these days of falling standards of educational institutions, teachers must show an effective performance by critically studying the curriculum, planning their year’s work, making the use of new teaching aids and techniques keeping their content knowledge up to date and thought fully employing evaluation techniques. The purpose of this investigation was to study the teaching effectiveness in relation to frustration among women teachers of secondary schools. It is generally agreed that the quality and success of school depend on the quality of teacher’s quality and calibre. A frustrated teacher can’t adjust well with external world with maximum effectiveness. He lives in the world of fantasy rather than reality. Generally it is stated that the intensity of frustration affects the teacher’s effectiveness.
