Abstract: Land Use and Land Cover Change (LULC) is a critical aspect of environmental studies, particularly in rapidly urbanizing states like Haryana. This research paper aims to comprehensively analyse LULC dynamics in Haryana, exploring the patterns, drivers, and implications of land use changes over time. Through remote sensing techniques and GIS analysis, coupled with field surveys and socio-economic data, this study delineates the evolving landscape of Haryana and sheds light on the factors influencing LULC transitions. The findings underscore the significance of sustainable land management practices and urban planning strategies to mitigate adverse impacts and ensure the long-term environmental sustainability of the region.
